Jenkins Residence – A new family home derived from a pavilion design to harness good solar gain and make use of the generous double site. Utilizing a natural palette of materials and finishes including concrete block, and cedar ship-lap. Upgraded insulation measures, including underfloor slab insulation, this project encompasses many ata (formerly Adam Taylor ARCHITECTURE) core values. The Jenkins project was a 6-7 month build resulting in a beautifully fresh and sun-drenched home.
