Shug Life won a Gold Award and was the Regional Category Winner for a Renovation $500,000 – $1 Million. The House of the Year judges said “The removal by hand of the majority of the first floor gave flexibility for the creation of the new layout focusing on essential kitchen and a clever indoor-outdoor balcony. Rainscreens, hidden details, cladding junctions, and curved corners clad in vertical cedar over a cavity system have all been carefully thought out and constructed.” Massive congratulations to 90 Degrees Construction for this work of art.
